The Memorial Room of Ľudmila Podjavorinská

To commemorate a renowned writer for children, Ľudmila Riznerová-Podjavorinská, the Memorial Room in her native house in Bzince pod Javorinou (Bzince-under-Javorina) is dedicated to her. The most well-known works by "Aunt Ľudmila" are the tales ČIN-ČIN ("Chirp-Chirp"), ZAJKO BOJKO ("Hare the Poltroon"), MEDOVÝ HRNIEC ("A Jar of Honey") and other ones. Apart from the memories of this author´s life and literary work visitors can also get to know the folk culture and traditions of this village.
